We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Waterwheel Business AI is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email, or write to us at aaron.hakso@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app or through Paddle; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us — we will sort it out.
Company invoices
Where we have issued a direct invoice to a company rather than taking card payment, the same 30-day window applies and any refund is made by bank transfer to the paying account.
